Bringing Clinical Care Closer to Home

At BioStride Clinical Solutions, we believe healthcare should meet people where they are. Our mission is to make clinical services more accessible, compassionate, and reliable—whether for individuals, providers, or research sponsors.

We specialize in mobile phlebotomy, wound care, Alpha-Stim therapy, and clinical research support, serving patients and partners throughout Clark County and surrounding areas. By combining professional expertise with the convenience of in-home care, we help reduce stress, improve outcomes, and ensure a better healthcare experience for everyone we serve.

Kesha Galiardi

Founder, BioStride Clinical Solutions

Kesha Galiardi is the founder of BioStride Clinical Solutions, a licensed mobile phlebotomy service based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a background in biological sciences and clinical care, Kesha has dedicated her career to making healthcare more accessible, especially for homebound, disabled, and underserved patients across Clark County. Her educational path reflects both ambition and compassion: she studied biological sciences at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), trained at Northwest Career College, and attended Pima Medical Institute to deepen her clinical expertise. These experiences shaped her decision to launch BioStride—not just as a business, but as a meaningful way to serve her community. As a solo operator, Kesha manages every aspect of BioStride—from patient care and specimen handling to branding, compliance, and strategic outreach. She’s known for her meticulous attention to detail, her ability to demystify complex healthcare systems, and her unwavering commitment to patient dignity. Kesha is currently expanding BioStride’s reach through retail partnerships, branded outreach materials, and a forthcoming fixed-site blood collection center. Her long-term vision is to set a new standard for mobile clinical contracting—one that blends operational excellence with community care.
